For hygiene reasons, certain items cannot be returned or exchanged once opened or used, including:
- Gel nail products (gel polish, base/top coat, glue, etc.)
- Nail liquids, powders, and adhesives
- Personal care items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with proof of purchase.

We do our best to display products accurately, but slight variations are natural and not considered defects.

For nail tools such as:
- Nail lamps
- Electric nail drills
- Other electronic devices
These items may be covered under the manufacturerβs warranty.
If your item arrives defective, we will assist with a replacement or guide you through the warranty process.

To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused and in original packaging
- Must show no signs of wear or damage
- All included items (kits, bundles, gifts) must be returned together
Incomplete returns may result in a partial refund.

- Returns not related to product defects may be subject to a restocking fee (up to 25%)
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
Refunds will be processed within 5β7 business days after inspection and returned to the original payment method.
